PRICING SCHEDULE

Acquisition of VR equipment upon expiry of the provision

Version 6.8 — In force since 20 April 2026

1. Framework and reference

This Pricing Schedule is published by LOGICARIX Ltd in the framework of the Terms of Use ("Terms") accessible at:

It defines, in accordance with Articles 20 to 23 of the Terms, the acquisition prices applicable to virtual reality equipment upon expiry of the Provision Period, as well as the assessment procedure and associated time limits.

Capitalised terms have the meaning given to them in the Terms.

2. Condition assessment criteria

The condition of the Equipment is assessed according to three objective categories:

Average conditionHeadset functional, controllers operational, at least one accessory missing (packaging, cable, foam) or foam degraded, visible signs of use.
DegradedHeadset starts and allows basic use but exhibits minor malfunctions (a defective button, a scratched lens, weakened battery) or several missing accessories.
Non-functional / Wilful damageEquipment not functional or having undergone significant damage — handled in accordance with Article 12.4 of the Terms (damage compensation invoicing).

3. Acquisition prices by model

All prices below are stated in pounds sterling (GBP), inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices apply upon expiry of the Provision Period of twenty-four (24) months.

3.4 Models not listed

For any other model provided by Logicarix that does not appear in this Pricing Schedule, the applicable acquisition price is communicated to the User upon expiry of their Provision Period, based on the same construction principles (condition categories, ratio to new value, consistency with second-hand market value).

4. Specific case of Substituted Equipment

In accordance with Article 14 of the Terms, a User who has substituted equipment at their own expense at the collection point remains subject to this Pricing Schedule on the basis of the model originally provided by Logicarix, and not on the basis of the Substituted Equipment actually held.

Evidence of the substitution (the price-difference invoice issued in the User's name by the collection point) must be provided on simple request from Logicarix. Failing this, the schedule applies on the basis of the equipment actually held and observed at the time of the assessment.

5. Constitution of the assessment file

Upon expiry of the Provision Period, the User submits to Logicarix an assessment file consisting of the following items. The file is designed to be quick to complete: full submission generally takes a few minutes.

5.1 Photographs of the equipment (4 photos)

5.2 Express questionnaire (3 tick-boxes)

The User confirms the following three statements by ticking the corresponding boxes when applicable:

An unticked box does not result in rejection of the file but may influence the condition category retained.

5.3 Submission method

The file is submitted by the User exclusively via the dedicated online platform made available by Logicarix, the address of which is communicated in the expiry notification provided for in Article 6.1.

The platform guides the User step by step for uploading the photographs and completing the express questionnaire.

6. Time limits and procedure

6.1 Initial notification

On the expiry date of the Provision Period, Logicarix sends the User an initial notification by email inviting them to complete their assessment file.

6.2 Submission deadline for the User

The User has fifteen (15) days from the initial notification to submit their assessment file.

6.3 Assessment by Logicarix

Logicarix carries out the assessment of the file within seven (7) working days from receipt of the complete file. At the end of the review, Logicarix communicates to the User the condition category retained, the applicable acquisition price and the option selected from those provided for in Article 21 of the Terms.

6.4 Recourse in case of disagreement

In the event of disagreement with the assessment communicated, the User has seven (7) days to submit a reasoned complaint by email to support@logicarix.com. Logicarix then reviews the file and notifies its final decision within seven (7) working days.

In case of ambiguity regarding the condition of the Equipment, the benefit of the doubt is given to the User.

6.5 Finalisation

Once the assessment has been accepted or resolved through the recourse procedure, Logicarix communicates to the User the practical arrangements for finalisation: available payment methods, time limits and, where applicable, financing arrangements through third-party programmes (see Article 21 of the Terms).

7. Absence of response from the User

In accordance with Article 22.4 of the Terms, in the event of absence of response from the User to the initial notification, Logicarix issues a reminder by email.

7.1 Reminder

A written reminder is sent to the User by email thirty (30) days after the initial notification, in the absence of any response.

7.2 File closure

Failing response from the User within sixty (60) days from the initial notification, and after the reminder provided for in section 7.1, Logicarix may consider the file as closed. In that event, the Equipment is left in the User's possession, on an as-is basis and without warranty.

7.3 Contact address

The User is required to keep their email address up to date with Logicarix. Any communication sent to the address indicated in the Tripartite Agreement is deemed validly served.

8. Best-pricing-schedule guarantee

In accordance with Article 23.3 of the Terms, the User benefits, between this Pricing Schedule in force at the date of signature of their Tripartite Agreement and the one in force at the date of assessment of the condition of the Equipment, from whichever is most favourable to them.

This guarantee applies automatically, without any specific formality on the part of the User.

9. Modification of this Pricing Schedule

Logicarix reserves the right to amend this Pricing Schedule at any time, in particular to reflect changes in the prices of new and second-hand VR equipment markets, additions or removals of models from the catalogue, or updates to the condition categories.

Any amendment takes effect from publication at the address of this Pricing Schedule. The User is deemed informed by such publication.

The history of successive versions is preserved and accessible at the address indicated at the beginning of this document.
